Over 100 applications for my part-time #journalist assistant job. I'm amazed how many people will apply using acronyms that only people from that country would know.
I know what it means that someone is "fluent in BM" but have no what "graduated from GW" "technical AEO" "studied at SPPU" or "wrote stories on ATP/WTA" means.
