First time doing #yoga with Adriene, or anyone else, in far too long. Main findings are my wrists hate supporting me, and I'm woefully out of shape. I'm not sure how to solve the wrist thing as I aggravate them by #knitting.

Playing with improvising some sanquhar-style patterns in the round (so I don't have to do purls), and decided to turn it into a sock for my lovely Zoom L6 portable mixer. #knitting
