Near the central ridge of the Alps. Canon R7, CPF, unedited RAW (only cropped). Sometimes it just feels so unreal how colorful some mountain landscapes can be (even without polarization filter)...

Sunset over a beautiful snowed in landscape in the foothills of the Alps on a cold and crisp clear day. The sun flares just before disappearing behind the ridges of the mountains in the distance, which are already casting their shadows far and long. The view is from an open ridge and the snow in the foreground is illuminated by orange light. Other people's foot steps have a created a path in the snow, leading into the distance towards a forest on the right hand side. Clear azure sky.
