I will say, that I though Nyoni was fantastic in his limited minutes. I don't think he put a foot wrong (albeit, maybe a hand 😉).
I'd like to see him and Mac Allister more in a double-pivot. That he likes to fall back a bit can work well in this midfield.

After a moment of indecision in coming to claim a ball Gomez was expecting him to gather, Mamardashvili makes a very solid save after some horrid defending. Rio late recovering, then Gomez must choose between covering two players but ended up leaving the bigger threat open.
