In 2023, I wrote an article about two Bioenergy-with-CCS 🌲🔥🍃 (BECCS) projects in Denmark🇩🇰, which is somewhat timely given recent news.
It was published on the shipping news page Fathom World, which is no longer online, so I have republished it.
Back then, Ørsted announced plans for carbon capture and storage at two of its bioenergy power plants (Asnæsværket and AvedŸreværket). 🧵

Was nearly hit by an ambulance on blue lights that went for a gap that simply didn’t exist today. The driver had completely overcooked it.

They've been cutting doors into shape all day. Some have hinges on them, but none are hung onto the cupboards so no point in any photos.
None have any panels yet either.
Oh, or the holes I need for all the cables that'll have to go everywhere for speakers and lights. Will have to remember to ask about that tomorrow.
