This was a disappointment, but I got out and did it, just a few breaks here and there. I was hoping to get more energy after this, but returned to the office and had to push myself heavy to finish the workday. Very fatigued and in a lot of pain, definitely turned out to be a #longcovid crash. Thankfully, I do not feel much pain while

Sunday run day ~ great weather. I keep going with it, stable neck, no pain anywhere when I'm running. It's a drug I can't quit.
I don't know how much time I have left running, but I get the impression it will need to be pried from my cold, dead hands.

"It’s worth noting that at the time Kulldorff and the rest of the GBD crew were proclaiming COVID’s harmlessness to kids, they couldn’t possibly have had enough information to determine the veracity of their own claims. Viruses like the chickenpox, EBV, HIV, HPV, and HSV often present with mild initial infections but may cause major damage years later. We now know COVID can as well.
