Und der heutige Preis für Müllgenerierung geht an lampenwelt.de. Ein Befestigungsring (siehe Foto) fehlte, daher die Firma angeschrieben und um Ersatzteil gebeten.
Antwort: Leider nur Komplettaustausch möglich, was dann heißt, dass der Kunde einiges an Extraarbeit und -kosten hat und diese Lampe nach der Rücksendung wohl direkt in den Müll gehen würde.
*seufz* mal schauen, ob der Drucker was passendes generieren kann
