@ErikJonker@mastodon.socialMaybe the war between Russia and Europe, will not be as kinetic and intense as past wars. But it seems we are slowly gliding into something that could be given that name. Russia also has an interest to make it not an "all-out" conflict because by keeping it at a lower intensity, art. 4 and art. 5 of the NATO treaty stay out of sight. A lot of NATO-countries will oppose calling for a art.5 procedure when "just" a few targets in Europe are hit.
