Ich sach euch mal was zum Bürgergeld, quasi aus erster Hand: Ich habs ganz anders erlebt, als hier oft beschrieben (was nicht bedeutet, dass andere Erzählungen nicht wahr sind).
Egal ob Agentur für Arbeit oder Jobcenter; man ist mir immer auf Augenhöhe begegnet (ein Gefälle gab es nur aufgrund der Situation an sich). Die Gespräche waren höflich, respektvoll – und ich habe auch keine Gängeleien erlebt.
Das mag natürlich daran liegen, dass ich mittlerweile weiß, wie ich aufzutreten…
