Yup! That's what every worker knows and should have been fighting for with solidarity for decades. Every neurodivergent person knows that we can't do concentrated work for more than 3 hours, and that extended hyperfocus blocks drain our energy for the next day. It's not sustainable.

I think it's important to follow Neurodivergent people.
Especially when they are sharing videos of themselves speaking. Whenever I see that I usually think of the word "generosity".
They are generous with sharing who they are, how they speak, how they use body language etc.
They are helping redefine Neurodiversity and making it progress and get better.
Because it allows us to all see:

#LB De fato, esta é a rede dos esquisitões rs. Eu jš vi isto daqui ser chamado de "A Casa dos Autistas", pela quantidade anormal de autistas e outras pessoas neurodivergentes rs.
Além destes, também vejo uma proporção grande de pessoas LGBT (especialmente trans) por aqui. O que é um bom sinal. Indica que, apesar dos problemas e de algumas tretas, estamos conseguindo construir um lug…
