#KDE folks, and #UX folks in particurlar, what am I to make of this Dolphin behaviour with #Nextcloud where some have ⮾ and some have ✅ but a hover makes them disappear? Where would I have been told what they do?

Is there somebody who migrated a fairly complex #Syncthing setup to something else like #NextCloud?
I've got ~100 different shares with ~40 Linux/Windows/Android hosts.

Oh my, over the weekend, my old laptop had a crash. That seems to have caused some disk damage. That happens. The not so fun part: Apparently the #Nextcloud client thought it would be a good idea to sync up a few 0KB files, including in shared folders. So now it turns out I accidentally deleted a few colleagues’ work. 🫣 I do have a backup from last Wednesday, but anything after that might be lost.…

Trying Hetzner's #NextCloud for file sharing and Calendar ... this is really a never ending hobby

Just spent an hour trying to get Seafile (simpler alternative to #NextCloud) running in docker. So many failures. Had to create a VM without port conflicts to get it to work in docker. No thanks.

Je viens de passer de #Nextcloud Š #OwnCloud qui est nettement moins bugué. Impossible de faire marcher les dernières mises Š jours. Problèmes constants avec iOS.
J’ai eu un peu de mal Š faire tourner Owncloud au début mais une fois lancé c’est nettement moins lourd que l’autre.

Switched to #owncloud, simple interface, fast. #nextcloud is fancy at all, but damn it was slow
