There is now enough good grassland in the Quapaw Nation to run a herd of 400 cattle on a rotational basis, as well as bison.

Getting to the very end of last year’s garden harvest and preservation work. Harvested and froze the leeks. Made a potent Louisiana Style Jalapeño sauce and simple Taco Sauce from some fermented Jalapeños. Already ready for this year’s harvest. 🤣 🌱
