Note for anyone using Certbot as the CA's start dropping the TTLs on their certs. The default for renew is 30 days. I just changed CAs and for the last 4 days couldn't figure out why it kept renewing the same cert every day when it was good for another 30. Oops. (Edit in /etc/letsencrypt/renewal/certname.conf)
