Un piatto primaverile questo della Pasta con piselli e pancetta, proprio perchè è una pietanza che risulta davvero squisita se si utilizzano i piselli freschi e teneri, che fanno sfoggio in questo periodo sui banchi del mercato.

Youngest had urge to make home-made Ravioli from scratch, pasta and all.
3 hours later I have begun to understand the start of the #SlowFood movement and also why the Mediterranean diet (when prepared from scratch) appears to lead to less weight gain in spite of the carbs...
