New and interesting #perimenopause symptom! Achenbach Syndrome, or paroxysmal hand haematoma, and in my case toes are also affected. It's happened twice in the last few weeks. A small blood vessel spontaneously ruptures with a feeling like a wasp sting, and then the site goes blue for a few days. Being perimenopausal or in menopause is a risk factor.
