The view south from my barn about a week and a half ago when the smoke from the wildfires in Canada was really bad and there was noticeable haze over even short sightlines -- what a relief when winds over the Midwest started heading north.

A cluster of maybe 10 daffodils with the rightmost higher than the leftmost is in the center of the frame, in front there are a few cut-off dried stems, behind and blurred out (i) at the left a woman with a red billed hat and medium hair, blue shirt and I think a yellow blue and red skirt with vertical stripes and a bright bag over her shoulder is looking towards (ii) a building that fills the whole background with an image dominated by mostly horizontal lines that curve towards the left.

I went to Stewart Park this Sunday after the Ithaca 5 and 10 to make a 3-d scan of the lighthouse on the jetty which didn't work out but I did see these kayakers goings under this bridge.

Last Monday I parked on Linden Ave and walked up to the campus and saw an something amazing at end of an little alley behind the Breazzano Center so I went to the end of it and got this shot

Large bed of daffodils fills most of the frame coming in from the left with some close-cropped grass to the right and some blurred out structure near the top. Daffodils about halfway up the frame are perfectly focused but they're pleasantly fuzzy in the far and close fields with a good mix of all-white, yellow and yellow and orange varieties.

About 400 runners off the start at Ithaca High school this Sunday for the Ithaca 5 & 10 -- a rare photo I didn't color grade because I'm paying close attention to how the trees have gotten darker in the past two weeks because they're already starting to turn

On the right half of frame there is a sunflower with a ringe of large petals and a disc of brown elements with fine lines running raidally along the petals, most of the background is a series of indistinct stripes of various blue shades, there is something green in the upper right corner (the back of another sunflower?) that I can't quite make out.
