This is how I'd like Porsche to dig itself out of its financial woes:
Bring the 904 concept to market: 1.2L V2 engine, 200bhp. Pop small wheels on it with large sidewalls, and sell it at MX-5 prices. I bet they'd fly off the shelves.
The Boxster did this job for them last time they were in trouble, how about another go?

I had a great time at Kirkistown during a Porsche Club Ireland track day. I wasn't brave enough to track the Boxster, but did get a few passenger laps (in a very quick 981 and 981S) and was behind this lovely SC on a parade lap.

We passed 85,000 miles in the Boxster today - wearing its age pretty well, all things considered.
The car has travelled to 19 countries during its 16 years, though only 2 on my watch, but hopefully we'll be able to improve that statistic in the years ahead.
