Mystery boxes are an abomination. At best, they're optimized cash extraction from guests with a lot of discretionary income & at worst, institutionalized gambling to entice people with poor impulse control.

We are often complaining about the Deutsche Bahn (the railway company in Germany).
But getting stuck in traffic jams, stop and go and arbitrary delays when driving on highways (or.. Driving off the highways to get around a total traffic jam and get arbitrary delays) is totally okay.
