Found out this morning that I’m almost certainly going to be made #redundant 😬

My department is restructuring and in just over 30 mins I’ll be in an interview. It’s 1 v 1… one of us gets promoted, the other made #redundant.
Not really sure how I feel about the whole thing. Being made redundant would be scary but also forces a much needed change. ‘Winning’ the interview means more of the same, but at least I won’t have the income issue!
