So, 5kg of Jasmine Rice has lasted me for 46 days. I think that's ok for three people!
That's a lot of Curries, Kimchi Bokeumbap and Tofu Fried Rice!

I should also mention that's not the only rice I use. For some curries, and chilli, I use Brown Basmati.

👀Great, hopeful review on one avenue to increase #crop yield 🌿🧪.
Context - we'll need 35-50% more food globally by 2050 but there are few signs that we're getting there. Yes, many issues in this space.
