November, for me, is a horrible month. Seasonal affective disorder ( #SAD ) sucks. I know no other language that has named #November as correctly as Finnish, though.

I'm considering 'light therapy'.... Firstly, setting up a hue bulb in mine my partner's bedroom, and making a slow wake-up routine.
Also, getting another SAD lamp as I found the one I had helped a lot.
