It's another new p.r., and I visualized it during the night. Two more sets will come this evening as I ramp up to two sets of 100 or more (29½-cm offset; parallettes for fuller ROM). Times to decile counts were also records. I've squished the vast middle down with sped-up video to keep it watchworthy and get 8½ minutes down to 2¼. The start and end are normal speed to aid form assessment.

Uppin' the Ante @ 69 (sped up middle)
Now at 35 cm offset, since I made my long-term goal last Sunday of 100 in each of two sets at 29½ cm. That's 19% more offset. Much harder. I got to 60 reps. I'll do a second set now.

I'm happy: 5 handstand push-ups once again. Tried for a sixth, but nope. Not yet! I'm also happy that my T-shirt stayed put. 😂 I'm 69 (until X-mas).
