I got annoyed waiting for the parts to fix my Elna so I bid on and won this Featherweight that I will give as a gift. Needs a clean and a new pedal/cord but otherwise excellent. #sewing #sewingmachines

Has anyone seen a pattern for a cadeseus quilt? I've found fabric with the symbol but I was thinking like a big paper pieced pattern made from different colors. I'm not that good with applique. Or any suggestions for a different medical related? Specifically a cardiologist, so an anatomical heart would also be pretty rad! (but might be beyond my skills!) #sewing

Got the wheel replaced in my Elna finally. Its WAY smoother but ticks like a clock now. Normal? Going to check it again shortly (just lubricated it) and try again with new thread. I love old cotton wood spool thread but it always breaks so easy. #sewing #sewingmachines

I spent part of the last few days working on a table runner for an auction being run for the place that hosts our quilt club. The theme was "Landscape" so I went with a familiar view to anyone who lives around here. #sewing
