We're having our hallway replastered and painted by a property maintenance company. It's taking weeks, with painters turning up to paint walls that haven't been stripped yet, or with the wrong equipment, and people showing up for a few hours before being told to do another half day the other side of Sheffield so they have to spend ages sitting in traffic for no apparent reason, or no-one turning up for a week halfway through a job..
