My #silentsunday photo from a recent hike where I indeed saw the first little blossoms! I was so surprised to see them!
On the one side I was a bit sad as this means that winter is coming to an end and I did have far less winter hikes than wished. On the other side: spring is all around! Colors, more hiking routes, mountainbiking, ... all this is waiting 🙂

Links im Bild fängt ein geräumter Weg sich durch einen verschneiten Park zu schlängeln. Ihn säumen weiße Laternenmäste mit kugelfärmigen Schirmen darauf und einen Alllee von Bäumen links neben dem Weg. Am Ende des Wegs eine große Halle in ockergelb mit einem großen Grundbogenfenster. Rechts des Parks beginnt ein kleines Wäldchen, alles bedeckt mit einer ca. 5 cm hohen Schneeschicht.

My #silentsunday.. I only had a chat with two guys at the summit and one guy a bit below.
Besides that... 4-5h silence. If we don't count the minutes I was following the activities of a woodpecker a couple of meters away from me 😊
It took me really efforts to get out. But - as usual - it was worth it.

Oh, almost forgot #silentsunday!
My last hike led me to this summit which is usually very well visited.
But given the weekday & weather, I was totally alone while I was up there. Noone around. No human made sound. Just me and nature. It felt so much like real freedom.

(This is the equally stunning & adventurous ridge between Feigenkopf and Große Klammspitze, the summit ahead, almost touching the clouds — if you zoom in, you can just about make out the summit cross... One of my fave hikes ever. Picture is from early May 2022)
