I see a pattern.
1. I want to post a picture on my website!
2. Oh the mechanism is broken/needs an update. lets do that first.
3. Two weeks later, i've forgotten what I wanted to post.
4. GOTO 1

I could have written a memo, but instead I built a bookmarklet for adding products to the wishlist on my website.

My hosting provider provides autogit deployment of my website. I just can't be bothered to figure out how to set it up. Somehow it seems more convoluted than the gitlab cicd pipeline i have now. #indieweb #SmallWeb

My migration from gitlab to codeberg is almost complete. If only the Forgejo Actions weren't down, I'd be able to test my release pipeline.
The earlier problem that my repo was way too large for codeberg was easily mitigated by just removing the entire history. 300 megabytes i really didn't need.

Started a small new project: My personal website already has a book review section. Now I'm trying to implement a full taxonomy management module instead of the basic keyword sorting it has now. A little complex, but very interesting.

Interesting to see that my gitlab pipeline to deploy changes to my website has come down from 1:33 minutes on TransIP to 0:40 on Hetzner.

The AI-scraper blocklist on my website is now over 400 lines. I think it's time to just block all scrapers. I'm not sure I care any more whether my site ends up in a search engine or not.

Sadly, the time has come to retire the security.txt from my website. It is only used by l33t haxxors who think they can use ai tools to find amazing bugs in my site, but only if i have a bug bounty program. Yet another net positive is turned into a net negative thanks to LLM's.
