1. Social media in its popular form is socially toxic and psychologically dangerous — probably for everyone, certainly for children and adolescents. The evidence on this is compelling, and in my view is not just moral panic reified as research. It’s probably a bad idea for kids / teens to be using it. (And again…maybe all of us.)

Das Problem, das anstössige Inhalte von den Plattformen lange nicht entfernt wird, wird nun verstärkt dadurch, dass es das Originalaccount nicht gibt/geben kann und "man" sich noch einfacher in fremdem Namen äussern kann.

A new in-depth study by the Media Insight Project surveyed both American adults and teens as young as 13 on their media habits.
