Does anyone have a favorite or quirky application of BDDs/ZDDs (Binary/Zero-suppressed Decision Diagrams) that they’d like to share?
I’m tinkering with them to look into novel instruction decoding approaches (including software LUT cascades). I need a better decomposition with fewer support variables tho… =\

Does anyone have one of these #TRMNL #eInk displays? Seems to be the only (?) simple out of the box experience for a battery-powered local wifi eink display without tinkering. 130€ is kinda hefty though...

This is probably the reason why certain JavaScripts do not run everywhere, because they are "optimized" on their engine again. In my opinion, this is a tedious tinkering as it was back then.

I found this tiny fanless Thunderbolt 25G Ethernet adapter. With a little tinkering, it actually works.

After some tinkering I made my Heltec Wifi LoRa 32 V4 work, even without an extra/better antenna. Somehow it doesn't want to connect to the webclient with Bluetooth but the Android app works fine. It is also nice that this kit has a small screen of it's own.

I thought I'd killed my trusty #turrisomnia but it turned out my tinkering had left it and the recovery partition in a very old broken state. Fortunately after failing with a cheapo usb key I did get a more recent factory image on it. I now realise quite how fast back the system was because everything is dark mode by default now with a nice onboarding process.

If your AirPods Pro 3 case drains battery like crazy: don't waste time tinkering around. This seems to be a known issue at Apple.
They swapped mine out without any fuss, no questions asked. Just hit up the Apple support and use your warranty. Clearly the way to go here.
