#today at uni. Managed to debug the slightly vexing heat loss problem in my bungalow-2 model in progress. It turns out that I had the new roof segments on 'upside down' even though they have only one layer and are actually walls. (Don't ask ... yet... Maybe I'll understand what I'm doing in a few months!)

Welp. Was going to take advantage of the rare vacation day on a work day between the weekend and Canada Day to go buy rocks for the #poolpond but turns out the local rock/cement place is taking the day off too. Fair. 🤷‍♂️
I took the trailer for a bath at the car wash instead and got the watering done before the heat sets in today.
Maybe later I will go get some lengths of pipe. But I sense a swim in the lake. 🏊‍♂️ #today #canadaday

#today there has been tidying of some of the externals for the heat pump (but they were not entirely met with delight), I mowed our tiny lawns, and made a little progress on the #research modeling and at least have some mechanical (if slightly mind-bending) stuff to work through...
