Some USA Olympic Hockey players playing for Canadian teams are in for a rough ride... and if you know enough about hockey and US players, you'll be able to guess who's on top of the shit list.
But this is the part that is actually important:

I know the bar is pretty low in Ontario, but Toronto Line 5 Eglington is a pretty ok metro!
The stations are exceptionally cavernous and empty. Hardly any bicycle parking or coffee shops or connections to the shopping centres or residential buildings. Just hallways for elephants. Why?
Certainly way better than bringing a personal automobile into this area though. I'm definitely never doing that again.

20.2°C in #Toronto but I'm not stowing my winter boots just yet. The Rule here in southern Canada is "Nothing goes into the ground before the May-24!" ¹ and in my years I've seen many attempts to challenge it, none succeeded.
¹ annual celebration of the first day of barbecue, named after the unique way we package our beer. Falls on the monday near the birthday of that monarch with the doily on her head.

Other than being completely devoid of culture or eateries the station vibe is very similar to Montreal. Just... sterile. It's hard to imagine meeting someone in one.
