The Menomonee Line of the Oak Leaf Trail runs through Tosa and it is a gem for sure.

#Utah already throws piles of money at an abusive #Synanon model in #TOSA (The Other Side Academy) and at police and prisons, but not at actual treatment and recovery programs. It feeds a system that funds the wealthy and keeps an underclass in place and vulnerable.
Who cares if it's cheaper (both financially and socially) to help people rather than punish them?
