Has anyone asked the question, "Does the #USPS have to make money?"
Do we need to treat a public service as a for-profit business?

I mailed a paper tax return from NJ to Kansas City via Priority Mail on 3/30 at the post office counter. It got to the KC Distribution Center on 4/2, but wasn’t delivered until today. 12 days for Priority Mail.
