Glad to see someone is at least trying to address the transmission capacity problem.
Last year I worked on a project with one of Oregon’s utilities related to optimizing the use of available transmission capacity, because there just isn’t enough.

So I hacked my way into being Cyber Policy Initiative Senior Fellow at the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy. I'm workin on rural water critical infrastructure cybersecurity.
Do you even hack utilities? Please chat w me. I need to quickly find out where I"m wrong about some of my assumptions.
Still very entertained by the fact that I *finally* got into the University of Chicago. :D

Voting is under way in Georgia for two seats on the utilities regulatory commission. Current GOP members are totally in the pocket of the entities they're supposed to be regulating.

Maybe private companies shouldn't run the core infrastructure of technology stacks after a certain point.
