Somehow "democratizing user research" never means establishing rigor around methodology and interpretation, and always means giving product managers license to go off and do stupid shit without consulting anyone who might tell them not to #UX#UXDesign
ok who designed this form? The field is `Unplanned Request` The only options are `X` and `x`.. which is... supposed to be `yes` and `smaller yes`? `less yes`? Or is `regular yes` and `EMPHATIC YES` Tho x usually means NO. No and super no? This.. kids.. is why UX is important. #ux#uxdesign
