ok who designed this form?
The field is `Unplanned Request` The only options are `X` and `x`.. which is... supposed to be `yes` and `smaller yes`? `less yes`? Or is `regular yes` and `EMPHATIC YES`
Tho x usually means NO. No and super no?
This.. kids.. is why UX is important.
