Ich bin mittlerweile auf dem Level Veganismus angekommen, das ich täglich mindestens einen Block Tofu reinleier (auch wegen höherem Proteinbedarf durch Krafttraining).
Mitunter auch Räuchertofu einfach pur oder mit bisschen Senf.
Was auch zu so gut wie allem geht ist Crispy Tofu (den Block einfach grob reiben würzen, bisschen Öl drauf und viertel Stunde in den Ofen oder Airfryer).
