Vor einem knappen Jahr habe ich von einem Bekannten einen A500 nebst einem großen Pappkarton Disketten und ein paar Büchern übernommen. Ich war lange unschlüssig, was damit anfangen. Vor ein paar Tagen dann der Entschluss: wird über die nächsten Jahre gemütlich vor sich hin restauriert und modernisiert. #vintagecomputing

Yesterday I started researching the history of Transmeta and its Crusoe and Efficeon processor technology, namely LongRun and LongRun2. The research will end up in a talk for some future vintage computing events throughout Germany and/or Europe. #vintagecomputing #techhistory

This book was published in 2000, and working in and around computer storage industry since 1998, I pretty much doubt the deluge is solved yet. #vintagecomputing
