Interesting. I thought there was a recommendation to distinguish links from plain text. Will need to check again.

The text in table of contents looks like plain text, but is a link. A dotted-underlined text is not a link, but an abbreviation.

I gimped a couple of red arrows and explanations ("this is a link", "this is not") on top.
