Anyway:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- 1 cup peanut butter (get one that has only peanuts as ingredient, nothing else, not even salt, e.g. Crazy Richard's Crunchy Peanut Butter, available at Walmart)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
Mix together, very well. Form 12 even cookies and put on aluminum foil on baking tray.
Bake for 22 minutes.
Let cool down and enjoy.
