I can't help but wonder why 2 such known roadway safety issues - flooded roadways and construction zones - were not part of the part of the #Waymo development program.
Arizona has had the "Stupid Motorist Law" since 1995 - specifically aboout flooded roadways. Many (all?) states have laws about slowing in construction zones. This is not exactly obscure or arcane knowledge - but …
