Back at it with the #poolpond this morning!
Finished placing the 4-12" stones in the bottom of the filter up to just above the milk crates. Also became a little worried about proper distribution of inflow water so I added a fourth milk crate to expand the void space.
Next layer will be 15-30cm of 1" drain rock.
