I don't pay attention to #WorkLifeBalance much since I'm retired. I mean, every day is a weekend. But apparently, Canada ranks 7th worldwide in a study of 60 countries ranked on factors that provide the best Work-Life Balance. Canada scored well in most of the criteria that evaluated paid time off, health care, public safety, and happiness. Canada slipped out of the top 5 in this recent study, and we fell closely behind Norway and Denmark, and just ahead of Australia. The USA ranked 59th, finishing barely ahead of Nigeria.

I picked cherries 🍒 in Ontario when I was a kid (14?). I was visiting family in Niagara and it was a summer job. I did it a few days: hard work up on a ladder trying to pick as fast as you can without hurting the cherries or yourself. It was hot. The experienced mostly Jamaican workers could do it way faster than me. I lasted just a few days before the owner politely told me I should find other work. 😆
I appreciate the people who work the fields for us to have fresh fruit on the table.

Here is a “revolutionary idea”.
Let’s take a look at a bunch of male-dominated jobs where men are required to work more than 10-18 hours a day.
I am willing to bet that even on average they are better compensated, probably including overtime.
Now increase flight attendant compensation to be better than that.

Ok, just a smol rant... Every time theres a new job platform, it's pretty neccessary to upload a whole portfolio again. And once all the images, and text are uploaded, the tags need to be accurate so they appear in site-searches correctly.
Not only that, but it then needs to be maintained. So, any changes or new projects to add... need to be done on every platform.
Am I wrong in thinking this is so incredibly tedious? lol
