#WritersCoffeeClub 18 Feb: Do you suffer for your art? Backaches, headaches, writers' cramps, etc.?
Aside from insomnia and the beginnings of carpal tunnel syndrome, no. Though, like many writers, alcohol and cannabis may be consumed depending on whether or not I can get myself into the right headspace.

I've put up a page about Weird Pride Day for schools. It's probably a bit late for this year - it's in two weeks' time - but I figured it was better to have something there than not!
Among other things, it's got a short list of books with #WeirdPride themes. It's actually something that comes up a lot in fiction, especially #kidlit, so there's a lot more we could have included, but we've got the Percy Jackson books from @…, A Kind of Spark by Elle McNicoll, Wild by Emily Hughes... I'm not super familiar with modern children's books - I'm not a parent, and I only teach older kids, so I'm relying heavily on other people's recommendations!
Any #Teachers, #writers or others have any thoughts about what we should and shouldn't be including here?
