git diff showing an added nixpkgs overlay for xfce4-terminal applying a simple patch that allows hostanmes with unicode characters (\p{L} and \p{N}) instead of the upstream [[:ascii:]] and [[:graph:]] logic that does not seem to work.

Latest mad science. macOS clone of something useful I use on Linux all the time. A widget that sits in the task bar, runs a command regularly, and displays the output next to an emoji. I use it to tell me if there are updates ready, but can be used for anything. Enjoy.
