A new method for producing yogurt has been developed by a research team at the DTU National Food Institute, and it all began with a straightforward question.

Great to see #Bavaria supermarkets sell their own brand of #organic #skyr with the same #nutrition and texture as Andechser's, at even lower price. E.g., Kaufland's is €1.49 instead of €1.99. 🤑
At this point, there's simply no reason not to buy the good stuff. The only problem should be figuring out how not to eat too much of it. 😋
