Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella made it clear that he’d prefer we all quit the term "AI Slop".
“We need to get beyond the arguments of slop vs sophistication,”
Nadella wrote in a rambling post flagged by Windows Central, arguing that humanity needs to learn to accept AI as the
“new equilibrium” of human nature.
Going on, Nadella said that we now know enough about
“riding the exponentials of model capabilities”
as well as managing AI’s

This photo raised some eyebrows (and some warnings) just before a total solar eclipse...
(I had real solar protection glasses underneath.)
My explanation was that the 3-D glasses let me see the back side of the moon.

Two people preparing to look at a total solar eclipse. One is wearing protective glasses, the other is wearing red/blue 3-D glasses.

I was just 'on TV' at youtube.com/watch?v=fnu0qr-Zous talking (in German) about the space year 2026 for an hour, first about the eclipses and planetary events, with many special graphics, then about the many more or less certain events in spaceflight.
