"Das haben wir uns anders vorgestellt": Eine fertige Agri-PV-Anlage, die keinen Strom produziert – kein Einzelfall. Der Grund: Das Okay der EU für das Solarpaket 1 fehlt immer noch und damit die geplante Extra-Vergütung für den Sonnenstrom vom Feld.
