Die Zuschlagswerte bewegten sich zwischen 4,00 und 6,26 Cent pro Kilowattstunde und lagen damit deutlich unter dem Höchstwert. Die Ausschreibungsrunde im Juli war allerdings weniger stark überzeichnet als noch im März. Gerade einmal 19 gültige Gebote erhielten am Ende keinen Zuschlag.
