Il baccalŠ va ripulito bene levandogli le lische. Tagliatelo a cubetti di circa 5×5 cm. Fatto questo lavatelo, strizzatelo e asciugatelo.
Infarinate leggermente i cubetti e metteteli a dorare in una teglia con l’olio . A questo punto versate del pomodoro ed un pizzico di pepe nero. We're at a pizza place and the waiter did the usual thing of asking the couple next to us "do you have any allergies?" and one of the people at that table replied "hay fever" and while yes I suppose that's technically a correct answer it's probably not what the waiter was expecting to hear 😀
