Judge Jenkins grants sanctions against attorney Patrick Jones and his former client, Expiditee (#Xped) for misconduct in a #ScheduleA case:

"For the foregoing reasons, Respect the Look’s application for fees and costs [Dkt. 127, 128] is largely granted but denied in small part. The Court awards $30,218 in fees and $2,835 in costs, jointly and severally; $26,598 in fees and $3,062.28 in costs against Expeditee alone; and $7,874 in fees against Jones alone. Those figures are distributed as described above and summarized in the following table"

The northern spy 🍎 is trying but is falling to leaf. It appears infested by spider mites 😢. I just manually wiped safer soap onto the branches and carefully onto the buds to also try to loosen the webbing. It might not be saveable. But we'll try!!

Some of the more advanced leaves but they are all curled.

Kitten breaking change: Route handlers, etc., now take parameter objects
Just pushed the API updates I’d posted about earlier to main and to the latest Kitten release.
This change affects:
- Route handlers (all types of routes)
- `onConnect()` handlers
- The default export on main.script.js files
I’ve updated all the examples, documentation, etc., on Kitten to use the new API but if you see anything I’ve missed, please let me know.
