Gemeinsamer Kühlschrank bei der Arbeit. Kommste nachm Wochenende und willst dein Essen kühlstellen bis zum Mittag - und der Schrank ist bis oben hin gefüllt mit Bierflaschen und Bierdosen. WTF?!
Hat auch keine Namen drauf, also hab ich nun einfach mal etwa 20 Liter Bier rausgestellt in die Wärme.

I was feeling pretty drained last night and wasn't sure if I should bike to work today. My knee was really bugging me going up steps (more than usual) and I decided I would wait til morning to decide, based on how I felt.
I felt totally fine this morning. Reset! I think it's because I walked nearly 5 miles yesterday, and also spent a lot of time on the floor fixing a laser cutter.

We show that it is possible to locate the few places on the body of an airplane, while it is flying through high clouds, from which broad-band, pulsed, radiation is emitted at Very High Frequency (VHF) radio frequencies. I tried going for a 1km run this morning, first time out since tearing my calf back at the end of July.
After a few minutes walking, I started running slowly, only to make it a few hundred metres before feeling a weird "ping" in my leg that suggested I was maybe being over optimistic.
I walked the rest of the way, with no problems, but I'm a bit sad that I'm not quite ready to get back on the roads yet, to say nothing of the tennis court 😕

The optical transmission spectra of a series of micro-ring resonators (MRRs) are studied following the implantation of gold (Au) ions and subsequent thermal annealing, at temperatures between 500 °C and 700 °C.
